Just curious about this.  Hotel rates in the last week have nearly doubled and I priceline and name my own price for my hotel all the time.  I am a low volume provider and never see more than two gentlemen a day (if that).  I Always book a 3.5 or 4 star hotel (just my preference).  What to do about the jump during season in hotel rates for incall?  Does anybody have any GOOD suggestions?  Teaming up with another provider is an option but in my experience it never really works out because sometimes they are total pigs and don't leave the room the way I would like to find it, or schedules conflict.  Any Ideas???

why would you get a 1 BR place?  Get a 2 BR apt, furnish your room to your taste, share the living/dining area furnishing cost, and put a dead-bolt lock on your BR door.  Make sure your 'roomie' knows to keep the public area neat and clean.  She can do what she wants in her own BR.

Other than using hotels slightly less highly rated that you prefer, that's about the only other option I can think of.

are still some really nice hotels.  Some even suites!

I'm not too fond of the "roomie" idea.  If caught, serious charges could occur, whether they are legit or not.

Not safe or smart in my opinion. I have been known to attract stalkers.  And what would my neighbors think?  I live in a very nice ocean front property.

Of the same concerns may apply, but many ladies secure a condo/apartment due to cost/location/being able to have their "work" tools in one place, etc.  Swim didn't suggest you use your primary home.

You eat it.

You raise your rates to cover it all.

You split it w/ your clients

Personally I'd be okay with a 3 star hotel. However, if it's a girl i really want to see and she is more comfortable in a 4 star, I'd split the difference.

hotelrates up her usually go way down in the colder weather months, especially on weekends.  I know this doesn't solve your FLA problem, but we'd get to see you more often!

There are lots of options in the Tampa area.  Hate to suggest you lower your hotel standards, but you might have to do it.  PM me and I will suggest some places to go.

down.  Stay away from beachfront hotels who do charge way more than they are worth because tourists are willing to pay.  Afterall, with the drapes closed, the view doesn't matter.  However, the view of your hot bod is priceless.

Hotels near I-95 should be less expensive than those in the trendy tourist areas or beach.

Meet your locals at a Hotel/Motel they secure for the pleasure of seeing you ! Sure is working for us !!!!
