traveling to Islamorada end of month, does anyone have a recommendation on young attractive provider blessed with oral skills

Be very careful.  Islamorada pays for its own little branch of the Sheriff's Dept and has its own little ideas about what crimes to prosecute and what crimes to wink at.  The local paper has carried several stories in past months about providers and drivers being busted and in some cases their vehicles confiscated, etc.  It might be a friendly little drinking village with a fishing problem, but that's about as far as it goes.
