Greetings West Palm Beach. I am finally moving to WPB in late July.  I have been living in DC/VA for the past 20 years and now, I am moving south.  I had a job another offer for Hawaii(same salary) but I chose WPB. The low cost of living and no state taxes were the deciding factor. I hope I made the right decision.  Watching Miami CSI and Burn Notice, then watching Hawaii Five-O and Magnum PI, I get sooo confused.  I hate second guessing.  Please tell me I did good.  

Tell me about social activities for a SWM over 45 in WPB. Night life? What are the chancee of finding a real date?  Perhaps I should just continue hobbying with the South Florida Hotties.  How do I figure out the Discussion Board to see who is visiting WPB?  The board covers the enrire state  Thanks in advance.

You ask: look for dates, or hobby?  Might as well do both!  I'd say you're right in the "demographic wheelhouse" for both in that location.

...I lived in WPB back in the 80's and it was nice, but a little hectic, and it's probably gotten more so. You are convenient to Orlando AND Miami, so you've got some options hobbywise. Real dates are wherever you find them if you're outgoing and personable. If you're into sports there's every opportunity to get involved. Even where I am on the gulf coast, the YMCA is packed with eligible ladies who are in shape and horny, so there's that too.

I was wondering what happened to you.  There are plenty of activities for a SWM in South Florida and who knows you may find a real date.  Hobbying is also a great way to pass the time while waiting for that "real," girl to come along.  I would love to be your first lady you see once you get here.  I'll just be back from DC so we'll have lots to chat about......
