I had TER rank all USA ladies who had at least 8 reviews (just picked a random number) who were not porn stars or transsexuals and had good web sites and phone numbers.  These are ranked by their PERFORMANCE averages.  There were 5,469 ladies who fit that range.  I was doing this looking at all the Florida girls. This is based on today.

The list below shows the rank (#) out of 5,469 country wide, Name, City, and Performance average on all reviews.

...however, one of those highly regarded from Miami has ratings mostly created by her boyfriend. Based on those inflated scores I saw her and.....woof, never again.

The 7 on the list that I've seen are all very deserving of being there.  However, lists like this are the reason for some of the others causing problems with reviewers because they want minimum 9/9 or NO review!
No system is perfect, and FL does ideed have a LOT of great ladies!!! ;-)

For a true statistical analysis you would need at least 30 data points....so looking at 8 reviews introduces too much error...in other words the outliers can significantly impact your results and they would be flawed.

Now...what about preferences?  If I prefer someone that is heavier, does not perform certain acts and is readily rated something less than an 8, how is that accounted for?  

Not really impressed with this ...yes, Tampa and Florida chics are hot but the analysis is somewhat flawed...

As I read this list a couple things stood out to me.  

One, is that I must admit I was pleasantly surprised to find the majority of ladies on this list are over 30.

Secondly, I am very amazed by some of the ladies with 8, 10, or more pages of reviews who are on this list.  The ability to not only have such consistently high performance levels over time but also continue to improve their average on each page says a lot about them.

As all the other guys have said, I agree, we are VERY lucky here in Florida to have so many outstanding ladies.

parameters mentioned (minimum 8 reviews, no TS, etc.  While I have seen 9 of these ladies (assuming Missy is MissyK), I don't necessarily agree with the ranking order.  I had a great time with each of those ladies that I have seen from this list (among others LOL).

I have to wonder about certain ladies being absent from the list; specifically Sexy Toni and Molly from South Florida and Harley Cruise and Lorelei from Tampa.

We are so lucky to have such outstanding ladies here in Florida.  Thank you ladies for all you do for us guys.

Sadly, only one review by hobbyist per Provider. I regularly see a certain lady, but only allowed one review (however, updated info may be provided). My repeat lady would continue to receive 8/9/10 ratings (which might sku the results somewhat).
Wish there was a way to account for "repeat visits", as that would certainly help a Hobbyist in making a determination to see someone.

this is why it is better to read the reviews than to look at numbers.  You only needed a minimum of "8" reviews to be on this list, that to me seems quite small.  That would be the equivalent of letting a baseball player who went 8/20 (.400) for the season be the batting champion.  For starters, you should need at least 50 or 75 reviews if you wanted any chance at validity.  There are actually too many variables to consider to make a valid point with this.  ;-)

If you went to a minimum of 50 like 27cigar suggested, your total number of ladies goes from 5,469 to 900. The number in the top 10% of this search is now limited to 11 Florida ladies and goes down to Brittany/Cali of Tampa with her 8.87 number.

I wonder how many ladies Cigar chooses to see who do not have 50 reviews. Oh we don’t know, because he has no REVIEWS on The Erotic REVIEW. (BTW, cigar by your logic, you’re batting .000 = no Reviews).

To really make this thing most effective, that is the ladies w/+5 pages, you should be able to only count the most current two or three pages of reviews. This TER program will not allow that. It does allow you to limit the top number of reviews (say from 8 to 20) but it would then eliminate any lady who has 21 or more reviews. This indeed would be far more valid

So there you have it, as polled by the Reviewers themselves.
You gotta problem, contact admin.

1) why the use of an alias?
2) since you have an alias, your batting avaerage is NO better than mine. 0/0 .000
3) no problem here, you are the one looking to cause trouble not me.
4) why the use of only the 3 most current pages, looking to bend the curve.
5) you will always have one man rate a lady a 6 and another will rate them a 10.
6) me not having written a review is not the point, I have been around long enough.
7) now we have a new trend of ladies not seeing "hard" graders.  not saying any of the ladies on the list practice this, but it is becoming a growing trend.
8) many people submit reviews to TER and get the numbers knocked down, this is also another form of bending the numbers.

kind of stuff than some ladies.  As was stated above, it's only more reason to read what is in the reviews, and NOT pay attention to the numbers as the only method to find someone you wish to meet.  Actually where the numbers make the MOST difference is consistant 5 and below!  Guys are more likely to inflate numbers.  5 and below are more believable and a signal to not bother reading any further.  What I don't understand, is once a lady has four ratings of 5 or below....who goes to see her to give her the fifth one??? :-X

Did a quick calculation of the ladies that I have seen over the years and both Sindie and Chanel have made my Top 3%!

Both deserve higher on this national poll IMHO.....

puzzle me more than the ones that are on the list.  Hard to understand how Harley and Lorelei did not make the top 500, and several others as well.

I think if I had done the poll, I would have used more than just 8 reviews as a minimum number, like maybe 20.  50 is too many, and would leave out too many newer providers.  It's a fact of mathematics, a smaller sampling gives an average that can be more easily skewed by a small number of items.  A larger sample gives a more accurate representative average.

with more curves than a Coney Island roller coaster is 277 but her 8.99 isn’t really THAT far from the top 5 or 6.  Heather travels a lot so she might be brought down by a far away dufus or two.  I do not think results would change much if at all if criteria were 20 reviews instead of 8.  I’m still a newbie with only one review so please don’t flame me guys, just my 2 cents.
