the Philippines in the 70's, the bar girls in Olongapo City did what they called the "peso on the bottle" trick. A peso was about the size of a half-dollar. They would put a stack of them on a San Miguel beer bottle, squat down over the bottle and pick them up, sans hands, of course. One night, a guy heated a peso up with a Bic lighter and put it in the middle of a stack. When the gal got ahold of the hot one, well, "You Make Me Feel Like Dancing!" (With apologies to Leo Sayer).
