Facebook Overboard..
like those who friend nearly every single person who sends them a friend request!!! Even those they do not know!!! NOT WISE!!! and I know of a provider who does this on her REAL NAME for her Facebook account!!! YIKES!!!!!
All ads now have links to FaceBook and other sites on them. Don't know if anything can be done to block them, but you ladies might want to check into it!!!!!!!!

to be absolutely FANTASTIC with customer service.
My Rep told me that if a provider asks for the links (at the bottom of Ads)
to Facebook & Twitter to be removed, it is NOT an issue.

I believe if you scroll down on TER as well you will find a link to twitter and Facebook. Are you saying that if you go to my ad on Eros and click the Facebook icon, that you will get my profile? Or does it just take you to Facebook on your own profile...
If I clicked on the Facebook link in your EROS ad, it would post your EROS ad on my Facebook wall... It would not identify you personally in Faecbook... David..
The hobbyist should care.. Not the ladies.. I do not think a hobbyist in his right mind would post an EROS ad link to his wall for his all his friends and/or family to see!!!
I am on Eros and love it!!!....Like Sunny said, the links are actually at the bottom of our pages linking to what we chose. I link mine to my twitter but since I don't have a working facebook, well then, it doesn't bother me.
I even tested the facebook link at the top of my page and you are totally right. You would have to "like it" to post to any wall and any hobbyist would be totally off their rocker to do that!!!
I understand why it's important to be aware of things on how to protect ourselves, but some people just go overboard.;..

Its just to like it or not, and who in their right mind that has family and friends on facebook would like anything related to this? I mean my god I love this but IN NO WAY WOULD I EVER promote the fact that I LIKE IT for my friends, family YET ALONE MY WIFE TO SEE.
A Facebook addict probably would... A lot of people get careless and dumb when it comes to Facebook.
I'd have to agree with BTH, that I believe most people would not want the "outside" world to know of any actions conducted in the hobby. I think the bigger issue that Swim may be concerned about is the amount of information that third party applications like EROS or even TER give to Facebook. Does someone's favorite list get disclosed? How about reviews? Are personal messages open for others to read? Can that information be disseminated to Facebook or it's partners without your consent? Suppose you have a client list stored on a website that they have access to. Are all of those phone numbers now available as "personal information"? Suppose you have a VIP client and have his personal cell phone #. Most women here are probably exposed to more privileged information than any other person in their lives. You are trusted with their secrets. Now, what would happen if that confidential information got out? Privacy is a key issue in today's technology. Many people post confidential information on so called "free" sites like Facebook. These companies are worth billions of dollars from information that they gained for free. There was an article in this weekend's Wall St. Journal about an iPhone app called "Girls Around Me." It would allow a person to find women in an area around them based on information that the women supplied to Apple. How scary can that be?
They definitely know how to run a top notch business. The customer service is some of the best I've ever encountered. My advertising $ is well spent.
You can link to my twitter account from those links at the bottom of my ad. I have no issue with that.
..........and their service is the best in the business! A lady can choose to have her site linked to Facebook, Twitter, etc, but it is not mandatory.

He doesn't realize that while clicking to see sexy pictures and clicking on the link to FaceBook he has just let his wife,family and friends know that he has been shopping for another sexy companion. That can only happen if he is using the computer he uses to work with his FaceBook account where he has a cookie to attache to any of his prowling around the web. I believe google search has something to do with that to. I can't believe EROS is bothering with linking to family friendly sites and they will drive men away.
Some porn stars and companions have pretty hot FaceBook pages and do promote their website and business
Women use a fake stage name on EROS and seldom let anyone know if or what their FaceBook account is. Saying that, there are plenty of porn stars and notable companions that do promote themselves on FaceBook and twitter. They don't use their real name. The same goes for twitter but with twitter you can choose who sees your posts and info
I doubt EROS would want to piss the ladies off that pay to advertise by giving personal info about them out

Are you eluding to the fact that EROS is involved in some sort of conspiracy against men? That is just not true. In fact, I think it would be easier to explain to one's wife why you accidentally stumbled upon a ladie's Facebook page rather than explaining EROS or TER to her. You can clear cookies, but the seasoned technical person can find anything on a PC. So, if you're shopping for ladies it doesn't matter where you shop. If someone really wants to know where you've been on the web, it's not that hard to do.

I'm not pointing fingers on EROS and mentioned google. Yes, ladies link or don't so your fine but what about the men ? Did you forget that this is a man's board for their entertainment and safety. My post was to inform newbies and men not familiar with FaceBook and their wall. You may or may not be happy with your friends and relatives knowing what you do but I can tell you there are very few gentlemen if any who care to share that secret. Thanks for singling me out so I would make known my judgement call again and why I posted it.
