Exit Strategy

I am beginning my exit strategy from Wisconsin to Florida.

It is a two year plan so I have time.

So what is the best area to live?  Below I will narrow the scope of what I am looking for.

Single Family Home with a pool....not necessarily in a 55+ community.

Not South Florida

Manageable traffic, non rush hour.

More than 10 providers, or an area frequently visited by providers on tour.

Any help is appreciated

Currently have a home western suburbs Chicago and Orlando, winter in Florida and summer Chicago. Orlando has amazing massage parlors if you want to get laid spur of the moment. Great escorts but not the volume available in Chicago and many of the ladies are a little older, prom queens in their youth and still damn good but 40’s & 50’s. Traffic is ok, easy to take the grandkids to the mouse, great golf, housing is a bargain and wind chill today is in the 70’s.

Which includes Clearwater/St Pete.  Tampa gives you access to good medical facilities, close to the beach, and yes beautiful ladies who love visiting the area. TPA airport makes it easy to travel.

Sarasota is an hour south, so it's a little bit warmer in the winter months. Lots of ladies love going to Naples during the winter months. All of these areas are on the west coast of Florida.

If you want to look at the east coast of Florida but not southern Florida, look at the Jacksonville area, including St. Augustine area. St. Aug is 45 south of Jacksonville and about 1 hr. north of Daytona.   You'll find some hot ladies based  in Jacksonville and ladies from Georgia and lower South Carolina road trip it there to tour.

Like to add there are local ladies in all of the areas I've mentioned.

Have fun planning your escape from the cold winters!

Plenty of mid-westerners in SW FL.  Gorgeous weather and beaches.  Less hurricanes.  Sarasota has top notch medical, theater, opera, comedy club, boating and me.  SRQ is a great airport.  Less traffic than Tampa.  xoxo

sounds great, please don't forget to tell  your realtor that you need an area with 10+ providers.

If money was no object, probably Fort Lauderdale near Las Olas, or Miami Beach/South beach on the bay side near 5th/Alton.

Tampa is also really nice especially some parts but it is a bit tame and boring compared to Lauderdale and Miami. Also I am not as familiar with Tampa so I will let others fill in the blanks.

The Sarasota to Naples area is good or around the Space Coast, east of Orlando...look at Merritt Island, Titusville, Cocoa Beach, etc.  The beaches are beautiful on the east coast and not too much traffic north of Palm Beach.
