Board chatter vs PM's, which do you prefer?

I was sitting here thinking about this...when it comes to communicating with a lady, do you prefer to banter back and forth on the board with her, or do you prefer to simply send a PM and keep what is said between the 2 of you?

For me, if there is a lady I'm interested in possibly visiting with, and her ad gets my attention, I usually send her a PM (hoping she can received them of course)  I dont find myself posting on the boards much these days, hence my thought on this.

How many others think this way as well?  Maybe if a lady sees quite a few gents prefer this, they will at least ensure they have Provider VIP status to be able to received them...

Just a thought, what are yours?

....I PM them, & do some flirting in the PM's, & then set up things there, or if she would rather me email or call her.

I also like flirting w/them a bit on the board as well.

I didn't see this on the PM help.  How do I find out a provider's user name if she doesn't post on the board?  Thanks.

"hey you two, get a room"  that it gets annoying.
I use the pm  feature to make first contact with many ladies I've seen, and keep it back channel.
From there it normally proceeds to email or phone.

The back and forth banter when someone compliments a ladies pic, or something she said is no bother to me at all.  ;-)

when a lady places an Ad, I reply with a post and then a PM to initiate things and then? Nada from her! Why place an Ad if you're not going to follow through with it? Even to the point that I also backed that up by contacting her via her web site and still nothing! And yes, I'm, always polite, etc when contacting them.....

ladies that I wanted to see.  Absolutely no communication.  One couldn recieve PM's and asked that I email.  So I did, and it only took 3 weeks to hear back.  So I tried to get more info on the tour, when she was arriving and leaving....no answer.  Then these ladies bitch because they have to cancel their plans due to lack of interest!  On who's part???  Wasn't mine!  :-X

as well as let me add instant messenger. I do have yahoo and will turn it on when I can, as well as Ter messenger (although with the new Beta I am having issues with that).  


However, on the flip side I do know alot of ladies won't just "chat" on messenger as they feel it is a waste of their time...Completely their choice..Another reason is most of the guys that do the "chatting" really have no desire to come and see the lady..thus a waste of time on the ladies part.  Me though, I love to get acquainted with my potential visitors.  My only rule is keep it clean!!  If not, I will end the conversation.

Many many gentleman have told me they like the extra touch as alot of times they just want the chance to feel "comfortable" with the lady.

So therefore, a ladies comment to your posting Mr. Haya....

I'm not a huge poster here either.  Very few of the local gals that I see do much, if any, posting here anyway.  If I want to chat with someone, I use yahoo IM.  I see no reason to share my date setups with everyone on the board.  I might send a PM here, but usually I contact them thru email.

I think it all starts with board banter, followed by looking at her site and pics and then moving to PM's, emails and then conversation.  The first impression always is the board presence.
