posts allegedly take 1 minute to 15 minutes to go up. Mods don't control this any more. I'm biting my tongue.

Except on the Reviewers Only board.  There the post goes up right away.

...that they were using screening software, probably typical to what companies use for scanning resumes. I have not seen any problems, messages have been going up in under 2-5 minutes for me.
