Something seems amiss here.  I've been trying to book an appt. for Feb. 15 since BEFORE LAST  Friday!  Since then, all attempts to contact them (a couple of emails & a couple of phone calls) have been fruitless.  I've used them before without problem, but something smells awry.  Anyone heard from them or about them in the last few days?  P.S.--I'm from another state, so I only checked the last 5 - 10 pgs. on your board.  If this has been a hot topic, then forgive me (but direct me).
