Hello to the locals from Miami

Will spend 2 days in Miami coming from Europe for a business trip and would like to have a dinner date with a lovely lady. I've been several times to Miami, there are so many hotels and never know which one to choose. Do you suggest a hotel? I've been at the Fontainbleu, a little dissapointing (rooms not the lady), Eden Roc is nice but too pricey what offers. Anybody knows the SLS Beach hotel, Loews, Sagamore or the Surfcomber? Please keep in mind that i will have dinner at the hotel, so "eating" is an issue.

The rooms at the SLS are a little bit on the smaller side, the Loews seems a bit more roomy and comfortable, plenty of amazing places such as Osteria del Teatro walking distance from the Loews..
Morimoto is quite close as well..
