I monitor my email on my phone.  When I receive a PM, if I am not near a computer it requires that I log in on my cell phone to check it, or wait until I can get to a computer.  The only advantage to a PM on my side is that it verifies that you are the same person as the TER profile, but I can verify that with the email address, as well, as long as it is the same email you use for your TER profile.

If you have whitelists I can see some very important info right away. I will still ask for an introductory e-mail with your cell number. This works fine if your time frame is a few days or more.

Email will be received immediately and we can work as quick as possible to setting our plans

I don't log into TER nearly as often as I check my email.  If someone wants to contact me, their best bet for a speedy reply is by reaching out to me directly via my private email account

as I have email on my phone and can access it anywhere.  Agree with others that gaining access to  
TER pm's you have to log into to get them....can be tricky and time consuming.

However, using the booking form with all screening information is really the best and makes
me one happy camper to get all info at once.

I find if i am avil by Text/email/or tele...it is best ...with all the Tec now...and some are not to text friendly..and some Gents on the road...or...
with todays  busy world...
