Sorry to hear that you are having to exerience that, Marie. I remember one time when a site that is no longer around used my pictures, without my knowledge or permission and my webmaster did a "dissist of usage" and the photos had to come down within 24 hours and if they failed to comply, the site could actually be shut down. I don't know how exactly that works, but it may be worth checking into.
