Yes, I was asked and yes I agreed although I wonder what my presence will do here. I can put my tail between my legs and run or stand my ground and hope I can help improve this board by opening it up to you.
As long as the board runs smoothly with things being fair they will let things move forward in a positive way.
My way is by giving choices and majority rules. Some changes many will like, while others will be liked by one group and not by another. The trick is to learn to give and get. Ladies may gain with one while gentlemen may gain with something else. Hopefully this will make the board open up and everyone get something they want.
To do this please answer the polls the way you wish things to be. If you don't you lose

I'm the listener, then taking everyone's ideas to implement the one that most want to use on the Board. I'll ask questions but better as far as the board goes if you do to. I don't know what changes everyone wants. My job is to get the fun back here and make everyone feel welcome.

A little nervous but hope I can do some good. Retirement was close but put it on hold for a bit since I love a challenge. Hope you will join in the Monday photo Day and make it the largest picture post we have had in a long time. Time to take the Florida Board back to old times when Fun and sexy were going strong.

I've decided to come out of my hole to extend my best wishes to a lovely lady.
Although, as many of you probably feel, I don't really understand what the "position" of Hostess and Host will encompass, maybe it will lead to a more positive, friendlier community.
That's more than I have said on this board in a long time.
I will now crawl back in my hole.
