there are both pros and cons to the theme days.  I'll throw a couple of each side out, hoping you'll join in, maybe making them EVEN BETTER:

Pros:
- Hot ladies posting classy pics
- Gives the board a breezy tone
- It's almost like a meet & greet; you can decide from a girls additional pics if she's your type.
- Occasionally spurs other conversation

Cons
- Let's face it, some ladies have been posting the same pics for YEARS!  If it's not recent, don't post it.
- Sometimes they're not representative, see bullet above
- They take up "space" on the board, though everyone is welcome to skip them

Suggestions:
- Ladies, take a few candids every now and then.  Post a self-taken phone pic.  In my mind, those are some of the BEST I've seen, and an example is attached (link)
- Keep it tasteful.  We don't need to see your cervix, what is most appropriate is something that is representative of what you'll look like when we get you between the sheets.

I also agree with haya's previous comments.  Tuesday (ta ta's), Wednesday (wet n wild) and Thursday (tushy) is enough for me.  I don't care about shoes (yes, you can show off your legs again) and the other newer theme days.  Of course, keep provider Friday!

I do agree some girls and I as well am guilty of it, posting repeats. I personally like theme days because I have vested a lot of money in my photos and take pride in my business so it gives me a chance to display one's that did not make my website. I recently got over 1200 pics taken and just have been lazy on uploading them into imageshack. I do think photo days are important for us in terms of business because many men look at them and our personalities shine through....well that is what I have been told.

So maybe we could revise the theme days a little such as I know the DC board does like a "little black dress" day......or a thigh high day..........or we could do show us your best beach pic. I would be more than happy posting my fishing pic from this past weekend. I caught a beautiful yellowtail!! I am sure most of you men aren't interested in fish rather than pussy hehehehehe!!

Anyho those are my .02's and maybe we should have a board vote!! As I don't want this board to turn into the Jersey Shore drama like the other cities boards have. So let's play nice and be respectful!!

I revolutionized a local board by doing so.

We are ALL unique.

There are ladies who think of themselves
as "elegant & upscale" & THAT is what they prefer to portray
in their Pics (usually "studio" Pics).
These women... like ANYONE else... would look SILLY...
if they were to TRY to be something they are NOT &...
even if YOU do not like their Pics, SOMEONE out there DOES or...
they would not be posting them.

There are women who are particularly proud of their bodies (inside & out)
& believe me there ARE men who appreciate that.
I have visitors who tell me
they LIKE the "open box" Pics although...
you will NEVER see me post one.

I have provider friends who feel
they are UNABLE to get REALLY candid
because they don't show their faces.

Bottom line, WE ARE ALL UNIQUE.
There is beauty in EVERY on of us & NO ONE
should tell a provider how to run HER business.

If a lady likes the picture she has taken of herself, she should post it.

I do "try" to post new pics of myself as I feel it is honest to portray what I look like to date.

Aren't we all really here to find someone to get naked with and have one hell of a good time?

Bottom line... I find it extremely hard to believe that a repeated pic would change a gents mind in being with a lady he is interested in.

what you are wearing.  I like "little black dress" since women look sexy in black.  How about "girl next door day" where the provider is dressed sexy casual which could be short shorts, tight top or revealing top, etc.  Maybe a gym day where the provider is dressed in sexy workout attire.

I love your pics and the cute funny ones are the best. Being an older woman I started feeling somewhat out of place. I never blur or airbrush any of my pics nor do I have professional pics. Although very comfortable in my skin thinking back to when I stopped posting was when perfection seemed to be the norm. Maybe it's time for me to pull out my camera and start doing self portraits again.

We do see the same pics over and over again. I think if it were pared down to three times a week, the pics would be better thought out and the threads would be more interesting.

But......

Ever since the ad boards were created, the regional boards have slowed down.  If it weren't for these theme day threads, the local boards might dry out and shrivel up form non-use, much like my...That's a different story.

I still feel that 7 days a week is overkill....especially on Friday's.  Provider Friday started WAYYYYY  before these theme days did, and now its like a double call out.  If you pay close attention, most of the guys simply post on Provider Friday a ladies name who only posts on the board, and if she turns his crank that much, more power to you....but several people are guilty of posting the same lady every week, and that gets old.
Now you couple that with a double dose of a theme day that same day, its overkill.  The overkill also goes to the same ladies always posting.....ladies you communicate with several others for referrals I'm sure, so why not encourage new ladies to post and be recognized.

Going further, I'm sure I could go back on several of the ladies Ad posts, and pull up the exact same pictures she posts on the theme day threads....again, its overkill.

I simply said, go back to the original Tue-Thurs, then let Provider Friday stand alone....it gives something to look forward to, and will allow the lady to be more creative with her pictures, whether they are professionally done, or quick snap shots....in addition, its 4 days on a discussion board, plus the ladies 1 ad per 7 days totaling 5 days of advertising...that is MORE than enough.

This is MY 0.2 cents.  I dont come to the boards to look for theme days, but I prefer the hobby related discussions....when I want to see the ladies pictures, I'll check out her ad, and look at her website.

...will you be happy?  Remember the day when on Monday, the ladies would post THEIR favorite hobbyist of the week?  That gives the ladies a chance to give a sincere shout-out to their guy for the week and give you guys a chance to be in the spotlight (photos encouraged....lol).  

I agree, sometimes the themes and pics are overkill, but there are many newbies and the pics and themes are great! I still don't know why if you don't want to see it, why click on it?!  Just askn?!

I don't click on them....but you were around when there were NO theme days, and there was plenty of discussion about other things hobby related.  Its just sad when its only come down to those theme threads running a discussion board is what I'm saying.

You are one of several ladies, openly and via PM, who have agreed that sometimes its overkill, so why not try for a change?  Your idea of a Hobbyist Monday was a great idea, why it wasn't kept around baffles me.....that is the type of thinking that keeps things interesting, not thinking of a new "theme" to post a picture to like has been done before.

Pic days on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday?

Friday could be Provider Friday and if a lady wants to start a Hobbyist Monday, let 'em have at it.  

But look, I only got one review, so don't put much stock into MY consensus-building effort, LMAO.  Frankly, I just think there are more positive things to talk about here than whether it's good/bad to have pic theme days, so I'd like to see the thing settled.

...I agree that "variety is the spice of life" or else none of us would probably even be on this board. I think that are two variables, if not more, that are prohibiting the variety:

1) the lack of hobbyists posting in a quality, discussion-type forum like it used to be. Things get pretty dull if the guys don't participate which leaves the board wide open, so to speak, for the ladies to participate. Check out some of the other boards.  Gentlemen from across the nation are "bored with their boards" and the Florida board provides what they are lacking, pictures and interaction with the ladies; and

2) the strict posting guidelines enforced by TER, which I support 100%, restrict or at least intimidate many providers.  The theme of the day offers another opportunity for everyone to see another side of us.  I agree ...  don't use the same pic every week, use current pics (unless it's a "retro day"...I love my retro pics)... and if you personally don't want to view the thread, don't click on it.  But, if you check the history, it may look like every day is theme day but that is only because you guys aren't talking about anything else.  Generate a topic, start a discussion, knock our theme to the bottom of the page, I dare you...lol...

It's all good, Baby!  Yes, you answered the question. And, playing Devil's advocate, I hope I addressed what I see at the opposite sides of the coin.

Once again, on Monday, I am starting Hobbyist Monday. Hope the theme is approved....lol....

I was around pre-theme days as well and there was plenty of discussion as you mention. The only thing is, so much of that discussion led to negative drama and off line gossip that it started to become bad for business to post a heartfelt thought or outspoken opinion.

I took a long break from providing. When I returned I made a firm vow to keep my opinions to myself and to only occasionally post on above mentioned theme days. I feel it's the safest arena for me to participate in.

I did start a few "what makes you hot" posts with the intention of getting people to think a bit and write rather than post a photo but to keep up with posting on a weekly basis is a lot of work. More importantly, I saw how repetitive it could become really fast so quickly backed off. I decided I want my ultra hot experiences to be unique and special and to hopefully get the attention they deserve on the board. ; )

I do kind of miss the days when we were able to post our new photos on the regional boards just because they were new. : )

The same old faces day in and day out, big yawn. I do not like to comment on anything  controversial for many reasons, most importantly because I have better things to do with my time. It is also very obvious when ladies start a thread that is so trivial, WTF??? I'm under the assumption that they are bored and live their lives off of this board. If you start a thread, make sure it has some merit.

I used to be quite active on theme days and then I got bored. It is a lot of work to take photos, at least the kind I like to use. I would never use a self portrait, I'm not judging but I like shots that are artful. Thus causes a problem, I'm not getting photos once a week. I usually take photos once a month, give or take.

I don't know what the answer is and I'm not one to whine and complain unless I have a solution. All I can comment on is that it is kind of tired.....

how many people who dislike theme days and the repetitive posts read them? Drama can be created around anything if one takes his/herself too seriously.

One of the reasons I don't participate everyday in the theme days is because it's the same one's over and over....If it was a different theme every time i think it would be more fun and interesting and in that case we would all have to take a new pic for that day as we don't know what it would be...I think it would keep it fun & fresh....again,just my opinion!

and its nice to see opinions on both sides of the coin..  We all know people wont agree on everything, but as long as its done with respect to each others opinions, it has merit, and creates thought.    Geezzzz, maybe we should send a Memo to Washington and show those assholes how to discuss something without throwing mud at each other.  LOL

I think if there was more input on Hobby related discussions, it would be more excepting for fewer of the theme days....its been mentioned a few times now that 3 theme days, plus Provider Friday, and Sexy Toni's Hobbyist Monday is a great way for call outs 5 days of the week.

Again, just my opinion, and if it backfires, oh well.....at least its an idea thrown out there that we may not be afraid to try.

like many other guys, I get tired of seeing the same pics posted.  We all know it happens every week.  Just go back and look at previous posts.  If it was a requirement that the pic had to be new, fine, but who's gonna be the pic police?????

I vote for Tues, Thurs, and Sat, with Friday being Provider Friday!!!!!

keep TaTa Tuesdays & Tushy Thursdays & Provider Fridays, & Wednesday the Mod could initiate a new idea (little black dress day, terrific thong day, luscious legs day, redhead/bonde/brunette day, etc.) and participants with new ideas could PM the mod with them.  Sat Sun & Mon would not have themes.
Eliminating theme days altogether concerns me because it is one more point of info; most of us are here to learn more about the participants & who we'd be comfortable meeting with.  Restricting/reducing that info lessens the value of the boards to many of us.  As I suspect many have, I have more than once pursued a provider based on a hot pic on a theme day post & been very happy I did.  Yeah, I might have found her some other way, but the frequent pics on the boards made it easier to ID those I might be interested in.

While some of my opinions I will keep to myself, I do agree that some things need to change.

It appears that the #1 complaint is that ladies do not update their photos.  Grant you, it really is up to the individual lady on what they want to do, but I do agree with this 100%. I feel it is a misrepresentation of ourselves to the gents if we don't update.  I try my best to get new photos at least once a month to keep things fresh and of course, accurate. I have never paid out the nose for new photos and in the last year have only used mine or a friend's digital camera.  I feel those are just the best.  Not sure about doing candid shots, but hey you never know till you try.

One thing I will agree on is there should be a day that we can change the theme around every week.  Instead of Wet n' Wild Wednesday let's do some other things...like Vamikey mentioned. Would be nice to see some other creative ideas!!

I am not comfortable with the hobbyist Monday as I do agree feelings will get hurt. However, I may change my mind and participate. It is a women's prerogative to do that.

I just love being in Florida and am happy to see a more positive discussion!!!
