I have talked to a couple of providers and they are willing to meet @disney. But the big question is how much of a donation should I make to have them hang out with me at the park for a day? Help!!
if there is not going to be any play time, make what you feel is a reasonable offer for them to just spend the day with you. The worst that might happen is that they either laugh in your invisible face, or just say no. Who knows, they might make a counter offer that you can afford.
If you are expecting play time, then you should offer very close to their extended date rates.
Just give it a shot, and be polite. There's nothing they can say or do to 'hurt' you.
And, FWIW, if you get a rude response it tells you a lot about the 'lady'. If you get no response at all, I'd follow up with no more than one email...and don't ask why they didn't respond. I know a few ladies who think that no response is a method of 'communicating' their lack of interest. It's not effective or polite...but to each their own.
