and how easy to use public transportation or car need to be rented

I think.

Cocoa is near Cape Canaveral, and Coconut Grove is by Miami.

Cocoa is on the mainland in the Cape Canaveral area and Cocoa Beach is next door to Cape Caneveral to add to the confusion.

Not even close, and not convenient....

...they are about 4 hours apart (with traffic on 95 in Miami now). Cocoa is in the center of the state and Coconut Grove is in Miami and the bottom of the State.

Art rail system.. Sound as a title for a song !! And by the way

Is very darling to my European heart- I love trains ..
yet I have have one date there ( hope meet more new friends ) and I most likely be using car...
and I be in Coconut Grove but when I was trying put add on one site it was not those name was just Cocoa .. so I asked . I be just few short days.. before going to Europe .. but I think I be coming often there ..
