My doctor has now given me a clean bill of health since my recent knee surgery and said I can do what I want.  Well now that covers a wide spectrum of things and I am sure you guys can help me come up with some great ideas. I have missed all my friends and can't wait to make new ones.

In honor of my recent departure for awhile, I got some new pictures taken last week and more will be coming soon too!! All new ones are in the main gallery and sidebars..also the older photos have been changed around as well.  

Having the surgery did not permit me to get in the gym but that is now changing. I am soo excited to get back in again.  This way I can be just right for you and me!!!
