TER misses the opportunity to garner the US revenue and we are all still back in the wild west.

Yes, TER is missing out on revenue from the US. They've obviously done this out of concern for the possible ramifications of FOSTA-SESTA. Money is nice but the risk of arrest, prosecution, asset seizure and incarceration tends to put those potential profits in a different light. In the general discussion thread one poster mentioned that his lawyer friends thought TER's (and others) fears were unjustified. My response was that it's easy to sit on the sidelines and render opinions when you have no skin in the game and nothing at risk. Nobody at TER wants to be the test case for the new law. Also, even though their prosecutions happened before FOSTA-SESTA, the fate of the owners of Redbook and Backpage shows what can happen when Big Brother Government gets you in their crosshairs. So, unless these laws are challenged and struck down or modified, such is the new reality.

TER being held liable is ridiculous but if i am running show i am bailing from USA be fore they jail me.
