I was in therapy the other day and the question was asked "why did you do it (hobby)?"
After much thought, I said "to achieve a connection which isn't available elsewhere" For many, this would mean at home with the wifey, but for me, it means I just don't have time or fortitude to play the dating game.
We men don't kid ourselves. We're fat, bald, old, hairy, yada, yada, yada, but to be desired by an younger, attractive, sexual woman who really wants you (even if it's for just that hour or two) means everything to us. We also understand that you don't really want us, but we convince ourselves otherwise as the endorphins flow and we are in bliss for a short period of time. We leave your company as king of the world.
So, if you want us to keep coming back, make us feel special for your short time together. Yes it's the ultimate acting job, but those who perfect it do the best in these tough times.
and they're surprised when I say it's not all about the physical, at least not with me. I have had sooo many dates where the gentlemen just wanted to spend time with a lovely young woman like myself who would engage them in conversation and shower them with attention. I love what I do because I know that I made that person feel great about themselves which is something we all need. I am a pleasure provider in every sense of the word. You can see as many ladies as you like, but only once in a great while will you feel a real connection. I read a lot of reviews that the guy goes for an hour, and his only reason for being there is to see how many shots on goal he can get! UGH!!! My reason for the hobby is to replace something that was taken away...WAY too early..the enjoyment of the moment with a lady. Someone I can have a couple of drinks with, enjoy some good conversation, and whatever might happen after. The key to me coming back, is the feeling that I am wanted back. That's where the connection, chemistry, whatever plays its part.

I agree, and think that the key words there are "wanted back". Every lady I have ever seen has invited me back, however, there are those few where, as two individuals, we really "clicked" and had some very obvious, personal chemistry. I thinks that it's pretty safe to say that those ladies might actually look forward to me coming back. And back I'll come, again and again!
The very well respected "Helen" comes to mind. She insisted that our one-hour dates were always 2-3 hours long........ A true sweetheart......

I have one friend that knows I hobby, and he asked me how I could do it when I knew it wasn't real. I'll admit that was an issue for me in the beginning...but that's because I started on the 'lower tier' of providers. It was pretty basic, blunt, and empty. Good thing that didn't last long. Once I met my first "real" provider, it was a completely different 'reality'. Yes, even my goofy looking a$$ felt like king for a day...and I'll never forget it. For a short period of time what I shared with her, and she with me was as 'real' as it gets. Was she acting? Well DUH...but I don't dwell on that and take the moments for what they are. Bliss is indeed a very good word. Now that I've found TER, and the wonderful ladies here, each encounter has been a true joy and very special...each in it's own way.

When I'm with a special lady and things are clicking on all levels... i get so drawn in and into it... it feels as real and passionate as it's ever been for me... add in several repeats in a short period of time... mmmm uh oh ... is it happening again?!?! ok Gator, I am thinking with the big head this time...
I cant give you an honest answer, except I've never been good at the "dating game". But for me with the hobby, I will be on my way out soon. I need to get out and find myself one of these days, and sooner vs later.
Whats the old saying? "You cant treat every situation as a life or death situation, cause you'll die lots of times" Write that down folks.
and I do it on a regular basis. I go into every single encounter fully intending to fall in love, if only for the evening. And to make it even better, the lady I'm going to see will be falling in love with me as well. That's just the way it works in my screwball little fantasy world. I fall in love with her, she falls in love with me, and when our evening comes to an end, we get to go our merry ways, hopefully with some lingering feelings, only to fall in love all over again on another day. It's a nice place here in my little world. These are the things that keep my insanity level right where I like it.
Most intriguing reading! The whole subject of human sexuality fascinates me to no end. I have a degree in psychology and I'm always trying to understand that which is "behind the excitement". It isn't exactly the same for everyone but when you can connect with a man in this way, the experience soars to greater heights. The bone deep sort of thrill I get when I make you gasp out loud is something I'll never tire of.
i believe for me its the excitement of not knowing just how good its going to feel because every lady feels different,and every once in a while it just feels so good you can not discribe it.when you enjoy it to such a high level its hard not to do it again,mystery awaits us all around the next corner
