If  you are talking about the spam site dating e mails. Notice a little square box that must be checked off to claim your "Free" membership. It says you understand the TERMS and CONDITIONS of joining, Well just read those terms closely and see that you are signing up for a monthly charge that you have to jump through the  hoops to get taken off your card. It's called Spam for a reason.
