Since they disapproved my review, I'll post this info. here in case anyone's interested. She gets good reviews, but then again, maybe TER has been blocking the bad ones.

Called Sat. afternoon and asked if she had any open appts. She said 4.30 and that I should call her when I got to a certain intersection, which seemed strange to me. Called her around 4.15, and left a message with my cell #. Waited 45 mins., called back several times but no answer. I would have at least expected a call telling me she couldn't make it, but she never called.

You must have had a session with the provider in order to review her.  These discussion boards are the place to share experiences such as yours.
