Great post Sofla......I would use chemistry as the number one factor in repeat sessions....the problem with personality is everybody's got one (not always a positive thing.....lol.....).

I would make a minor adjustment as follows: . . .

Agree--without appearance there is no first meeting.

Adjustment--without good/excellent performance AND a positive personality, there is no 2nd (or more) appearance.

Short and Sweet....

OK...I'm old and slow, but I've never seen it put quite so succinctly or so clearly...should be in bold letters in the banner to this site....
