I live in Baltimore and there is this provider called April coming to Baltimore on tour from South Florida. (Ad in ErosDC, linked below)
There's no record of her in TER, and because her price is rather cheap ($250) for a girl with the smoking hot picture, I thought she may be a rip-off. I appreciate any info on her, thanks!
