Not that having a name and phone number proves anything illegal happened.

They want charge CL?  Florida LE would have a hard time charging a California company with anything.
Maybe Federal charges, but they would have to prove CL was involved with transporting or facilitating prostitution across state lines.  I don't think selling ads to someone who maybe a prostitute would be enough.
