REV - RIP-OFF - tampaescorts.net / orlandoescorts.netsad_smile

Wow.  Never have I been so frustrated by a provider/agency before.  And I've had a few doozies of bad experiences.

It all started this afternoon, when I called tampaescorts.net at their (813) number (seen on their website) and asked if they did outcall to a particular town in Highlands County.  I was told they did, at a three-hour minimum.  I specifically asked for both Bambi and Hayden, as I've seen a review or two of one or both of them on other boards.  I asked how much it would cost for a three-hour session with the both of them, and was given a reasonable price (that still went into four digits).  Not having the cash handy, I asked if they still took credit cards, and was told they accepted payments via PayPal.  So, after setting up a PayPal account, I sent them the mentioned price via PayPal.

After calling them back and telling them the transaction was done, I asked to set the appointment to start between 7:00 or 8:00 pm.  I was told by the person who answered the phone that one of them would call me in the hour, or if not, he would call me back.  After slightly more than an hour, he called me back and told me they'd be calling around 5:30 or 6:00 pm or so to get directions and to confirm.  Satisfied with that response, I hung up and went out this afternoon to take care of a few errands.

Around 6:30 pm, I finally got a call from Hayden.  Apparently, Bambi was/is sick and couldn't make it.  It would've been nice to know this information earlier, but at this point, I was still willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.  I told her that I'd call Mike at the service and figure out an alternate plan.  When I called Mike, he offered to either extend the time of the session with just Hayden, to give me some of my money back, or to get another girl from the service.  Eventually, we settled on having Jessi from his site take Bambi's place.  He said he would call Hayden with the information.  He also mentioned that Jessi was currently working in a session, and would not be available until after 8:30 pm.  At this time, I was still willing to wait.

Around 9:00 pm this evening, Hayden finally called me back to ask for directions.  I gave her directions from I-4 to US 27 (the easiest way to get to Highlands County, I figured.  When I told her how far she'd be going, she sounded shocked and said to wait and she'd call me back.

Around 9:40 pm this evening, I called Mike at the service.  I said I could use his help, and described my previous 9 pm phone call with Hayden.  I expressly told him that if she wasn't coming, then that was fine, but I needed to know that so I could make alternative arrangements.  He assured me that they were on their way, and that the two would call me once they arrived in my town.  He also mentioned that they would probably come in one car, as well, and that they'd call me soon.

11:00 pm.  Phone ain't ringing.  So, at 11:10 pm, I called Hayden.  I told her that I wanted to see if everything was okay, and that she hadn't had any car trouble or gotten lost.

Her response?  "Oh, my manager told me I didn't have to go because it was too far."

You better believe I started calling Mike at the service.  But hey, guess what?  He's letting his voice mail pick up and not answer the phone!!!

Mike?  Just so you know, I will be posting this post at other boards as well - specifically, other boards when I know you've been advertising.  You have 48 hours to contact me to either make me a full refund of my payment, or to schedule a make-good date with any combination of Bambi, Hayden, and/or Jessi for the time and price we agreed on.  You have my phone #.  You have my email - it should be listed in my screen name information here.

If you do not contact me within those 48 hours, then you will leave me no choice but to contact PayPal and have them take appropriate action against you and your account.

The choice is all yours, Mike.

Until then, I can only give my strongest warnings against using this agency to my fellow hobbyists.

Sorry but we will not handle this in an open manner, I am sure everyone who love to see that;-)

Call me directly and I will resolve this for you today to your satisfaction, Guy no one is ripping you off and the reason we had you do paypal is our credit card company that we go thru puts a hold on any transaction over 500.00.

Please don't take this as an attempt to kiss your ass and for people that know me know I don't do that for anyone, This post is just childish and a attempt to draw bad attention to our business - Point blank my friend you should have called me instead of the harrasment of Hayden which took place - be sure not to mention that, Right!

But I will show you how a adult should act - call me if you would like within 48 hours or 48 days whatever is good for you to resolve this to your liking (biting my tounge) Have A Nice Day!

Thanks,

Mike

With the kind of attitude you have shown us, it is clear that we should not put up with your agency. Every agency runs into some kind of issue every now and then, but the difference is HOW they resolve it. Clearly you are FAR from that level!

For those of you who may have checked sfloridian's post about my complaint, linking to "one of those other boards," the following is a partial repost of the thread, including excerpts from Mike "responding" to my complaint, and my responses to his response.  You should click on the link in sfloridian's post to get the full text.

With that said - let's address Mike's post, shall we? Specifically, let's at least see what we can agree on, shall we?

"***** called me from Sebring and asked to see Hayden & Bambi I decied to do him a favor so I gave him a great rate of $1000 for the both of them for three hours..." - Yes, this is correct. I asked to see Hayden and Bambi, and you did give me a good rate.

"He wanted to pay with cc's and I have been in the business for a while so I know the risk of chargebacks- I asked him to pay with paypal he agreed." - I don't know how long you've been in the business, but otherwise, this is correct.

"Guys things were just not going good that day and by the end of the night when it was time to see someone I told this guy - DO YOU WANT YOUR $$$ BACK OR MORE TIME WITH HAYDEN - he declined and asked if I could send someone else with Hayden we agreed on one girl, so things were set." - I don't know how your day was going. Otherwise, this is correct.

After that, well... revisionist history much? Let's look, shall we?

"I did not ask him to pay then or pay a deposit, I would never do that, Ides you know this first hand hell I let you pay after the session was over if that tells you anything about me." - Okay, and exactly how am I supposed to know this?  You asked me to pay with PayPal, and you mention in your posts about the risk of chargebacks... yet you were just going to let me wait until later, when I could lie to the girls, tell them I'd paid, and not paid a cent?

"I called the girls gave them the info, said it was paid with paypal and to go and have a good time, I went to sleep like I always do on Sunday.
And what do I get - A retarted voicemail."

Well, according to Hayden when I called her at about 11:10 pm Sunday night, she informed me that you told her that she didn't have to make the call because it was too far. So either Hayden lied to me about what you told her, or you're lying to the Board about what you told her... unless you can explain this discrepancy?

And while you're at it, perhaps you can explain how a voicemail left for you, identifying myself, and asking you to call me because I need to speak with you about a problem is "retarded."

"With these bullshit claims of a ripoff - HELLO Call me If I lost a grand I would not stop calling!"

Why? So I could rack up long distance charges and lose cell phone minutes while you continue to let your voicemail answer the phone?

And I'm fascinated about why you call my claims of a ripoff "bullshit." I paid you to provide a service. You failed to provide this service. Perhaps you'd care to explain how this isn't a ripoff?

"***** call me I am sure we can resolve this for you..."

Call you? Excuse me, Mike. Last I checked, I was the last one to call the other. Come to think of it, my message has gone unreturned as of about 8:40 pm Monday night.

"I WILL NOT send anyone to you my friend..."

Hey, that's exactly the same service you gave me last night!

"you handeled yourself like a child..."

Uh... wait. Let's look over something for a moment. I used just about no profanity in my original post, nor did I resort to calling you names. You, on the other hand, have dismissed my claims as "bullshit," referred to one of the voicemail messages I left for you as "retarded," inferred that I'm lying, and said that I set myself up. And then you go on to blame this Board and its members when I called you on your lack of delivery of service.

Hello, kettle? Yes, this is the pot. You're Afro-American.  And that's ignoring your spelling, grammatical, and other assorted errors in your post...

"you don't deserve to see what we have to offer."

Well, you're right about that. I don't deserve to see anymore rip-offs...

"I see someone make a post claiming a ripoff and between us this guy set his own self up..."

How did I set myself up, Mike? By promptly paying in advance for a service that was never delivered to me?

Read Neil's post in response to yours, Mike. Had you sent me any combination of Bambi, Hayden, and/or Jessi for the three hours I paid for, or refunded my money, I'd have posted that you would have done so. You'd have proven that you were going to treat your customers with respect.

You blew this one, Mike. Don't even try to blame it on anyone else.

Mike - time's still not too late for you to do the right thing and save whatever good business reputation you can. If you're not going to send anyone my way, fine - just refund me my money. It shouldn't be too hard to refund it back to my account through PayPal. But you have until 11:51 PM on Tuesday night to do so - that's 48 hours after I posted this message on this board.

If I don't see the full amount refunded to me by then? Well, then, you'll leave me no choice but to report you to PayPal and my credit card company. And if they don't get my money back? Well, you may leave me with no choice but to file criminal charges for wire fraud. Did I mention that, because I'm in the legal profession, I happen to know a few good State Attorneys and US Attorneys?

I will continue to keep this boards posted on this situation as it develops.

Okay. I've been charitable long enough.

Congratulations, Mike. As of approximately 1:40 am on Tuesday Nov. 19, PayPal has been notified that you failed to deliver services on my transaction. The transaction has now gone to PayPal for further investigation.

Yeah, I said I was going to give you until late Tuesday night. Then again, you told me that you were going to provide agreed-upon services for the price paid, didn't you?

As always, I'll keep the board posted on how this progresses.
