A duplicate post from the General board........

The other day I had the pleasure of treating two beautiful and popular ladies to a lunch meeting.
Although I have seen both of them within the hobby, it was the first time they had met each other, although they had talked and emailed each other before.
This was my regular lunch date with my good friend who is active in the hobby. She had said at on time that she would like to meet the other lady. So I invited her to join us, which she agreed to.

As we were enjoying lunch, they got talking about the "business" and their experiences.
I have been told that I am knowledgeable about the hobby and am considered by some to be a "gentleman".
However, as they talked, I was amazed at some of the problems and issues that they faced every day.
LE, bad clients, good clients, touring, references, screening, all these topics were discussed in detail.
I came away with a very different perspective on this hobby.
I always knew that it was a difficult  profession for the ladies, but I never really understood how difficult until these two lovely ladies vocalized it.

I feel honored and priviledged that these two ladies allowed me to be particpant in their discussion and that they were open and honest with me there.

I would hope that all you guys out there, if you ever have the chance, listen to what the ladies talk about, what they have to say, it will be very eye opening as to what they really have to put up with.

Anyone who knows me knows that I have always been a big supporter of the ladies, however, I have a new and deeper respect for the beautiful women of this hobby and what they do.

I'm sure some of you will think I'm full of crap and just a pushover for the ladies.
That's fine with me. I really don't care.
The ladies that know me and the ladies that I hope to know in the future, are going to find, in me, someone who has their safety and protection at heart.
Give them a break, they deserve it.
Don't complain about screening, it's for their protection, and it needs to be done.
