I just wanted to wish a Happy Valentines Day to all the fine ladies here in Florida and everywhere for that matter. I'm sure I speak for most of the gentlemen on the board when I say we appreciate everything you ladies do for us. And gentlemen, let's remember that these fine ladies are just that, ladies and always deserve to be treated that way. So why not bring something special to the lady you plan to see this week.
