Small talk is small talk. The last thing I think about when I am with a provider is "I wonder how many other guys she is seeing?" All that matters is I'm the only guy with her in that room at that time.

They know they're not going home with the provider, but just during that time together, they want to believe they're the only one. It's something I would never do- talk about how many guys I see.
