If you pass her physical exam, and go thru the interview to test your personality traits...THEN, and only THEN...do you get the grand privelidge to pay her to spend some time with you!!!!  ;-)

Personally.....she's not that hot to be demanding that much!

I agree, I mean, even the top notch providers don't have such a list because, lets face it, this is what they do for work. Why limit your base? I have no problem with the age restriction stuff, but the rest is too excessive.
