link below you will see that its "A second offense would be a third-degree felony punishable by up to five years in prison and a third offense would be a second-degree felony punishable by up to 15 years in prison"

Soo...just remember 1st offense is a misdemeanor BUT they have to get you first.  Now if the guy is only using Backpage girls that don't have any reviews...well then his chance of this happening goes sky high!!! Which is why using TER is such a  
valuable tool...as well as doing his homework.

I am sure, like most men (but not all) they do their homework first.  The gent should and better make sure the girl has a website (means she is pretty serious about what she does), lots of ads on different sites help too (the more presence out there the better that she is legit), more than 5 reviews (at least this is my standard) you can pretty much be sure she is a pretty cool chick to hang out with...and most importantly..SCREENS... no screening...run don't walk!!!

So...please be careful in what information you have. Now grant you, what I am sharing is just an article.  I have not checked the statutes. Therefore, to me this is just that an article.  I will believe it when/if I see facts...meaning the Florida Statutes.
