Dear stonekid,

If an agency tells you they don't keep records but accept credit cards then they are either lying to you or they are not complying with credit card rules. Credit card records must be kept for 3 years.

Even an independent that takes credit card payments must keep records just the same.

So, if you want privacy PAY IN CASH. They will still ask for some information on you to allow screening, but if you have good references from other providers and other well known clients you may even get around an intrusive screening without affecting your privacy.
