I've been the the Tampa area for 20 years now. The greater Tampa, Clearwater, St.Pete area has just about anything you could look for. I suggest you come down for a week or so, just to look around. Like anywhere there are good and not so good places. But it's very diverse here. Just my opinion.

...is an upscale town with many nice restaurants, clubs and shops. Delray Beach relatively close to either Miami or West Palm and without all the congestion.
