Latvia was one of the countries I visited during 5 country sex tour.    In Ukraine, the girls are beautiful but in Latvia,  the girls are not only beautiful but very open minded and adventurous.    They don't see too many local men as due to conditions there most of them cannot afford the girls.    More than 90% of men they  see  are tourists and majority are Brits.
