I saw another post mention that there are some FKK clubs that specialize in bareback sex and that have medical screening on entry for the clients. Can anyone point me in the direction of such clubs? I like the idea of lower risk due to the health checks, and, like many, prefer to avoid condoms when health isn't an issue. Thanks in advance.

There aren't really any FKK clubs that include health checks on entry. There are some gangbangs though; here you get tested on entry and then can have BB sex with the girls. Go to the websites of spermagames and GB01 to get more info (several locations and a few parties each month).

Then there are some clubs where BB sex is standard (with most girls at least), although they don't advertise with it anymore... there seems to be a new law in parliament that is going to make all BB sex illegal. I would still expect BB sex to be readily available in these clubs; as a matter of fact I saw a girl and guy having BB sex on a couch in the lounge just a couple of weeks ago.

These clubs are called RTC clubs (red carpet clubs) and you have about 5 of them in the Ruhr area and 1 in Dietzenbach close to Frankfurt. In Moers you also have a small club where BB is standard for a small extra fee: some of the girls here are absolutely brilliant what service is concerned (BB or covered).  

BB is possible in normal clubs as well... although I won't recommend trying to get girsl to do BB. Just to be clear, I'm struggling to think of any FKK club I've been to where it hasn't been offered to me. At least not any club where I've been more than 3 times.

I've heard of similar type clubs and to be honest some of my colleagues in Germany pretty much say the girls are not nearly as attractive as the standard FKK girls. Contrary to Icebear's experience I've never been offered BB in the all the time I've frequented FKK clubs and even when I've seen the same gal several times. (and she actually remembers)
I just think safety first make the best sense in this hobby.

True, the average looks of the girls are at a lower level than girls at the bigger clubs. But really not worse than the girls in the same price segment. More importantly, of the around 15 (one bigger club has about twice that many) you will always find a few good looking girls. I know around a handful of girls that are now working in "standard clubs" and doing well. Service level in all these clubs is on average a lot better than the "standard clubs".

Getting BB offered in a "normal" clubs can depend on many things. When I started out it never happened, now fairly often. You change the way you select girls and also the way you interact with girls. This leads to better sex, which sometimes means the question is asked if you want to go BB (or they don't even ask). In most cases it was the first or second time with a girl btw; I've only very rarely had BB come up on the 7th date.

Staying safe is of course the smart thing to do, especially if there is a SO involved.

I have been to Dietzenbach and to another BB FKK that's no longer open.  One goes there knowing the risks, but knowing that the girls are regularly tested.  BB really helps with the jet lag from North America!  It's just one of those things you do over there because nothing like an FKK, BB or not, exists here.  I would rather have BB sex with an average-looking girl than covered sex with a model-class girl.  Again, why do something you can easily do at home???

I've not been to a BB gangbang, but, as IB notes, you are tested at the door and given a color-coded wrist band.  At one of the GBs, the hostess-gangbangee' husband is a doctor.  Numerous escorts advertize BB.  In Germany, it's known as "Alles Ohne (AO)" meaning "all without."  In Austria, BB is called "Naturservice."  Be careful about girls who advertize "Natursext" thinking it might be BB.  It actually means urination!
