I am curious what is the interest on having an FKK Club here in Atlanta. If there was a club here in Atlanta how offten would you visit and what would be your expectations? Feel free to PM if as well as post here.

can find a way to keep customers safe you'll have lots of business. Heck I'd rather fly to Atlanta than Germany.

But keeping it safe would mean screening and verifying customer before entry. This can be a turn off, unless you use verification services like roomservice2000.

Then there is the issue of location. It has to large enough and also not attract attention.

Never happen in the states, period.

... you need locker rooms, shower facilities and a lot of zimmers and parking. The construction and activity would almost CERTAINLY draw the wrong kind of attention.

Theoretically, you could do this in Nevada- but I suspect the business model doesn't work there when contrasted with the Dennis Hofs of the world.

Well the only real draw back is where the club would make its money. you can have a "private" club just like the swingers clubs, but those clubs can not sell alcohol. we all know that is where alot of the profit margin is for clubs, but then again in this setting the clientele are not entering the club with the thoughts of getting drunk. Altho the law does allow the "members" to bring in their own bottles and the club can charge a bottle surcharge. Notice that I said "Members". The club has to be a members only club. The girls could not be employees of the club and they could not be prostitutes, and this is what I have to figure out... Give me time, when there is a will there is a way...

The "could not be prostitutes" problem doesn't exist in Germany, because prostitution's not a criminal offense there. Nobody has to break the law to go to, work in, or run an FKK.

The same is NOT true in Atlanta. This is a deal-killer, end of story. You're exposing yourself and any lady who would be working in your club to serious problems. And if you don't believe some hotshot DA won't try and shut you down the minute they get a whiff of what you're doing... well, pass me what you're smoking.

Now, in theory, you could do something like this in Canada, because prostitution isn't illegal there, but realistically, trying this in any US jurisdiction where prostitution is illegal is a dumb idea.

Wouldn't work in Canada either.  Prostitution is not illegal but pimping and keeping a place of prostitution are.

You will be shut down before you break ground for such an establishment.

In ATL? Are you kidding?

Rhode Island, believe it or not, has no law against indoor prostitution, just against streetwalkers.

There are over a dozen Asian Massage Parlors with full service operating with no worry about the law. Search the New England board for multiple discussions on this state of law.

From what I see, these dozens of AMPs are mostly bare bones in decor and don't have a high volume.
You get table shower (a real treat) massages of varying quality, and CBJ and/or FS.

Several strip clubs have upstairs rooms and you can openly negotiate for a very high priced full service. No personal experience here but it doesn't sound warm and fuzzy.

I wonder how a FKK style club would do in this environment.

Kepping it open would be impossible. In this country, clubs like this are only going to happen on a Hollywood set.

That loophole is about to close in RI as well, if the governor signs the bill that has been brought to him ... or maybe he has already even signed it.
