I used to travel to Italy all the time. Your best bet is finding women in the local papers but I've yet to hear about a brothel of FKK club. The closest thing is Golden Time in Vienna Austria just over the border. Its a bit more expensive then the German ones but very close to the service. Italy had alot of street walkers along the highways but nothing I would want. Italian women are hot, ya just need to figure out how to find them.
