Sounds about right. It's hard to stop at 3 though, and they will tempt you into the hour session or other upsells.
i went to oase and artemis in berlin last month. I liked Oase with it's outdoor areas and it was not nearly as smoky inside as artemis.
I went the rental car route (had to try out the autobahn). Came out to about $90/day at the cheapest rate I could find, as well as the BS insurance they make you buy over there. They refused to accept my Amex rental coverage.
I'm sure you could try public transportation, but Oase is about 25 mins away from the city, outside a small town Bad Homberg. Even with GPS (which couldn't find the road for me), it's a little tricky to find. But I've heard it's a 10 euro taxi ride from the nearest s-bahn. Supposedly if you call the club to have them send a taxi to pick you up it's 5 euro cheaper.
You should throw in Palace or Mainhatten visits in there for a little comparison shopping. At least you'll be able to get a meal or two out of the way at any of the FKKs you go to, so you might not need as much pocket money unless you decide to check out the red light district
One annoying part is Oase won't take a credit card to pay your admission. I take that back, they will but they require your passport, etc. etc. making it too much of a hassle.
OK, so I did a little rough research. Based on a 7 day, 6 night trip to Oase from the east coast of the USA:
E1 = $1.2278 as of this writing.
Air fare: $1000 round trip Hotel (nearby to Oase): $400 Club admission (E65/day): $558 Lovely Frauleins(3 per day, 7 days): $1,289 $50/day pocket money: $350 TOTAL: $3,597
Or, a little less than $500 per day for 7 days in paradise.

What about a rental car and a way to get to and from the airport?
I would assume public transportation (cab, train, bus) would be the way to do that. I've never been, so maybe not practical. I don't have an unlimited budget so saving a dime here and there is important to me. You're right though, some budget for ground transportation would make this more complete. I don't have any easy resource to be able to estimate it.
I go to Mainhattan. for 13 Euro or so ($16.00) you get a two day pass for public transport. Cheap & Mainhattain has same tits and ass plus the food is really good. You need energy for all the activities. Plus if you up to 4 its a day cost per session is very reasonable... Plus you have great German beer..
