You have several options, Oase as mentioned is a good bet for one club. 10am not too much is going on, things don't get going till much later around 5pm when the other shifts arrive. If time is an issue then Palace is the closest but with more aggressive women and a higher entry fee. I've heard that some women are also charging 50 Euro fee on top of the 50 for kissing. World and Mainhattan are also options.
I would choose the daytime layover since this would be more relaxed, the evening does have more women but things tend to be crowded. What day are you doing this, traffic will also be an issue depending on the day. You could also hire a 6 hour day guide who would meet you when you arrived at the airport, take you to a club, show you the ropes (stay with you at the club) then return you to the airport. These are German English speaking guides who know Frankfurt and the clubs, the cost is about 175 Euros total, you may be able to do two clubs that way.

I chose the second option between 10am and 10pm. Now I need to decide to which club to go. I understand that Oase is about 2 hours from the airport? Basically I want to have few good girls little relax after a long flight and going back to the airport in time. Its my first FKK visit so I want to enjoy the most.
Oase is about 30 minutes from the airport (depends on traffic and time of day). Probably a 40-50 Euro cab ride each way. If you do your homework you can take a train to the nearby town then taxi from there. If I had 12 hours its probably what I would do. If money is not that big a deal contact the fkktour.com folk and have them arrange it for a no brainer.
15 minutes from the airport and your at Palace, they do have a place to rest, food but no outdoor area. Women do tend to pester you.
