I will heading to antwerp later this month.. i understand there are "Red Light" areas are they worth it/safe? Also beside there.. what other adult activities are there (FKK clubs? Strip Clubs? )

There is a big RLD, ok but standard window service. If you want FKK clubs, you'll need to get to Germany.
