If I counted correctly, my response was 7 times more elaborate than your 'question'. Posting country's name on a board about a certain type of clubs that exists in only a few specifc countries, seems a bit weird. If you are looking for FKK clubs in Italy, there aren't any. If nothing else, because brothels are illegal in Italy. If you're in the north you might be able to hit some (expensive) Swiss or Austrian clubs.
