I know that there are review sites in Europe, and during TER's American disappearance I would have thought Europeans would post here.

Some other boards capture some of this area. For example the FKK and the porn stars board captures some of this. Also I would suspect this discussion might take place in different types of venues. Remember in places like Germany prostitution is legal. TER provides a bit of anonymity that may be less valued in Europe.

In Europe usually  every country  has its own review site. Also prostitution is in most areas are in grey zone or legal, so there is not that much need for verification etc. Not that it would not be beneficial, some providers request verification, usually the high class one.
