There's a provider in Rome I really want to see when I get there, but she speaks no English. I'm learning Italian, but I'm not yet fluent enough to carry on a conversation. Below is what I have prepared, and in parentheses is the intended meaning. If anyone who speaks fluent Italian can let me know if something I'm saying is not correct, I'd appreciate a reply.

VORREI incontrare con voi all'Hilton a aeroporto Leonardo da Vinci a mezzogiorno per un'ora. ( I would like to meet with you at the Hilton at da Vinci airport at noon for one hour.)

Vorrei tornare a Roma da Palermo settimana prossima e vedere ancora per tre ore.  (I would like to return to Rome from Palermo next week and see you again for three hours.)

Vi incontro al Hilton mercoledì?  (Will you meet me at the Hilton?)

Qual è tua costo per i viaggi verso l'aeroporto?   (What is your cost for travel to the airport?)

Ti chiamerò prima di mezzogiorno di mercoledì. E'  bene? (I will call you before noon on Wednesday. Is it good?

Most of what you write is correct but you are alternating between the familiar "tu" and the formal "lei". Since you haven't met her before, let's use the formal:

Pronto, posso parlare con Maria?  (May I speak with Maria)

Mi chiamo Larry Elder, spero che non disturbo (hope I am not disturbing)

Parlo un poco di Italiano. Spero potrela incontrare (speak a little Italian, hope to meet you)

Ho sessanta cinque anni, sono alto magro e ho ancora i miei capelli. Mi scusi, sto scherzando.

Arrivo a Fiumicino alle dieci del Mercoledi e avro quattro ore prima del prossimo volo (in Italy if you say 10 it's understood to be the morning, 10pm would be "venti-due"; don't say Roma but instead use Fiumicino which is where the airport is located).

Suggest that you stop here. If she says yes, then you can ask the cost of the taxi (about 40 Euros one way): quanto costa un taxi (pronounced "tassee") dal Roma all'aeroporto?

Would not hit her with the request for a second visit right there and then. Figure it out after you meet.
