Paris in March?

I know this is a ways off, but I'm having some trouble with my Paris research. I'm just not sure what to make of some of the websites and providers that I'm seeing.  

Does anyone know of some credible providers or establishments?

I am based in London, but can easily travel to Paris :)

My considerations in GBP are:

1 hour - 600
2 hours - 900
3 hours - 1200
4-hour dinner date - 1500
6 hours - 2100
14-hour overnight - 3500
