I've been to many European cities and had great times, but would be hard-pressed to make a list. Perhaps one way to answer your question would be to look at the web site below (and others like it) and check out the competition! Do you speak any foreign languages? Some countries may be harder in the sense that potential clients may not speak English.

On top of my mind - Barcelona, Prague, and probably would say Madrid aswell!
