You will have huge number of choices in London.  you also need to be prepared for the exchange rate.  About a month ago it was as low as I have seen it in ten years, so I booked a trip.  Since then the rate has been going in the other direction, but still better than in many years.

A couple of recommendations from several experiences.
I have not seen Serena Vincente but she is a legend and highly-regarded in London.  Certainly worth your time to contact her.
Agencies in London tend to be more common and most are pretty dependable.

Captain69 is the TER of Europe, especially England.  It's a great interactive review site that will be very helpful and absolutely worth your investment.

Last year I had the good fortune to fine agency Allure and was given tons of assistance by their manager, Claudia.  Emailed me day after day making recommendations and being very honest and candid about her girls and who would be best for me.  She hit it right on the nose and I had a great time with three different ladies (one twice).  I would start with her.  That might be all you need.  She set me up the day I arrived with a brand new girl.  It was a perfect match.
