I'm visiting Spain and have has reasonable luck despite the lack of much in the way of reviews here.  Agencies I have had the best luck with.  However, I'm in a new region now and this one agency concerns me www.chanelrelax.com because their minimum rates are too low.  So obviously it seems there are either add ons or it is a scam.  

Anyone have any information on how to determine if this is a legit operation that will give an inclusive price?

I live half the time on Spain so can say a few words. If you go with the big agencies like Apricots or felina, you will be safe. Most of the higher end escorts from 100 eur /h are also safe. Usually If the price is too low and picture seems to be too good, it usually is. I have added a local directory link I use, lot of updated profiles. You can also check our Eros guia
