I can't figure out how to find legitimate providers in Europe, especially Germany. There are the big aggregator sites with thousands of listings that are all suspect, and there are some agencies but I don't know where to go to find legit providers.
Is there an independent scene? If so where do they advertise or where does one find them? Are there agencies that are legit? Boards people post on where you can search? I have been looking for months and cannot figure out where to go to arrange some company while I am there. Any help?
