You're better off going to Sharks in Darmstadt, about 45 min south of Frankfurt Hbf by train.  I myself have only been once and that was last year.  I can best describe it as heaven on earth.  Check out the FKK forum and there will be posts about Sharks.

Personally I, and many others, go for the FKK clubs. Sharks is the top bet at the moment. By car it is more like 25minutes from Frankfurt and probably about 15 minutes from the airport. But there are also clubs like Mainhattan and Palace in the city itself and Oase is about 20 minutes north of Frankfurt.  

I have come to understand that some guys, especially from North America is seems, really don't dig the idea of running around in a club with 100 naked girls and a similar amount of men in nothing but robes or towels (especially the last bit). So you can also go to Laufhauses, which are like appartment building where girls rent a room. In the area around the main trainstation there are about 400/500 girls working in such a setting. It is a lot of stairs though and the area (especially at night) is kind of seedy.  

If you really want to be more private, you could go to a privat house (they often do outcall as well). Meine Perlen in Offenbach has pretty ladies, former porn stars even. I don't know much about this part of the markt, but on websites like kaufmich.de, 6profis.de and sexdo.de you can find links to clubs and escort agencies
