About a month ago I posted on this board asking for info on providers in Athens. There was no reply, so now that I'm here on the ground I thought I should post what I've learned for any others who may travel here.
Prostitution is legal in Greece and you can procure an hour long session with a legal provider (who has to have regular tests by state law) for just €30 (about $35).The red light district is mainly on and around Filis street, near Viktorias Square, not far from the national archaeology museum. I went there to check it out and can report that it is a rather run down area with plenty of graffiti, trash, and the smell of urine. Houses of prostitution are marked by a white light by the door (just like you might have on your home in the US.) Sometimes the door is painted pink or there's a red light inside. While I was there several of the ladies were out at their doors, and they were not very appealing. I gave up the idea of a cheap fuck and hurried back to my hotel. There are lots of ads for beautiful young east european escorts (escort services are however illegal) on sites such as athina dot backpage dot com. I located some reviews on adultforum dot gr. I saw a girl I liked with a couple good reviews, went to her agency website (athensgoldenangel dot com), filled in their online form and in 45 mins had a gorgeous olive-skinned 23 year old babe in my bed. She provided excellent gfe services for just €130 ($150)!
There are also bordellos in Greece, usually called "studios". I found a site, greeceladies dot com, that lists the names and addresses of many studios and when you click on one it brings up photos of the studio, a google map location, and the week's day by day schedule of what girls will be working there and at what hours. Clicking on the girl's thumb takes you to her page with photos and general info (e.g. Isabella, Romanian, 48 kg, 1 meter 67, black hair and brown eyes, 20 years old) in Greek though it's generally easy to figure out.
I found a studio near a metro station for easy access and decided to check it out. The studio was marked with a sign and I went to the door and pushed the bell. The madam buzzed me in and I entered an area with couches with a divider beyond which I could see a bar and one of the ladies. I walked toward the bar and the madam said something in Greek and motioned for me to sit on the couch. I sat down and said I don't speak Greek. The madam didn't speak English, French, or German which I could have communicated in. She obviously knew why I was there and called in the girls (there were only 2 available). The first, Alyssia, was about 30, Greek with long hair and a smoking hot ass. The second, Danai, was Moldavian, about 20, with long blond hair and great tits. It was a hard choice but I went for the smoking hot ass. Alyssia got a towel and some slippers and led me to a room with a bed and a shower. She told me to shower and left. I did, then dried and sat on the bed. Alyssia returned and told me with her limited English that "normal sex" was 50 euros, bbj 20 more euros, etc.
I won't go into all the details here, but will say that I got the services promised, but they were mechanical and not inspiring. So it seems you get what you pay for. I may try another studio before I leave to see if it's any different.
I did try 2 more "studios" and can report that I had a much better experience at those than at the first I mentioned above. These 2 studios were much nicer with luxurious shower and Jacuzzi; one even had a leather swing hanging from the ceiling and a separate "dungeon" with whips and so on for those so disposed. At both the madams were very friendly and welcoming and though I had to wait for the girls I wanted, the waiting room was comfortable and provided with a large LCD TV showing tasteful porn. At both I told them I wanted the full package which cost 150 euros for 2 hours. Both girls spoke very good English, one was Serbian, the other Romanian, and both were gorgeous and provided top rate services.
So to sum up: you can get excellent service from beautiful young model quality ladies (most from Eastern Europe) in Greece for approximately 150 euros either at a studio (where the girls work legally and are required to have regular health checks) or in your hotel room from an escort. As in the U.S., you will usually get better service with higher price. So after checking out the Acropolis, do also check out the lovely ladies.
